A day for you: At the Wellbeing Retreat at Munde Biereck – accompanied by yoga teacher Gabriele Schmitt – flowing yoga, meditation and conscious rest are combined with time in nature and a vegetarian lunch to create new energy, clarity and lightness.

Yoga week at the Hotel Munde Biereck
A mindful yoga retreat for beginners and advanced practitioners that focuses on precise fundamentals, body awareness and sustainable development. Through anatomically sound practice and calm, reflective exercises, you will learn to better understand your body, release tension and regulate your nervous system – in a small group with individual guidance.
The retreat is certified according to §20 SGB V, so that a subsidy from statutory health insurance companies is possible.

Golden fall with vinyasa, yin yoga & hike
An autumn yoga retreat in the Black Forest that allows you to consciously slow down and recharge your batteries during the transitional period. With activating vinyasa in the morning, calming yin yoga in the evening as well as meditation, breathwork and a guided hike, you will find your way back to balance – without any pressure, surrounded by nature, peace and soothing simplicity.
