Adjacent to the hotel, the Biereck is a warm and elevated dining spot – it’s not just your standard hotel restaurant. A place for honest cuisine, genuine craftsmanship and a modern, cozy Black Forest ambience. Our small, fine menu celebrates the Baden classics: braised ox cheeks, tender roast beef with onions or fresh asparagus – when it’s in season. We cook with the finest regional ingredients, following traditional recipes, with love, time, and care. Because true enjoyment starts with quality.
The cozy dining room, the “Stüble” and our beer garden are barrier-free – ideal for hikers, day trippers, bikers, locals and hotel guests. Everything was built from the ground up and thoughtfully coordinated: regional wood crafted by local artisans meets designer furniture and clean lines. As much as we appreciate our four-legged guests – from May 1, 2026 we ask for your understanding that dogs are no longer allowed in the Restaurant Biereck. Of course, this rule also applies to our breakfast and helps to create a particularly pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for all guests.
